Interesting Facts

Suchomimus had a long, narrow snout with conical teeth, perfect for catching fish.

It bore a prominent sail on its back, similar to but smaller than that of Spinosaurus.

Its thumb bore a large, powerful hook claw for grasping slippery prey.

Suchomimus is considered a close relative — and possibly a junior synonym — of Baryonyx.
